This Is Who We Are

At our HQ in Hedehusene, you will become part of Group Technology, which consists of more than 200 skilled colleagues who work together to deliver production equipment for our factories across the globe.

Here, you will join our GT Cold End team which counts approximately 40 passionate, skilled and knowledgeable colleagues who develop and implement the newest technologies for our stone wool production.

This is the role

You will manage automation and warehouse control system projects through all stages. Specifically, you will be joining our endeavour to roll out MES-systems to factories across the globe. To do so, you will be conducting site surveys, visiting factories to map our product transport and storage, which we wish to automate. Subsequently, it will be up to you to pinpoint the specifications and put together project teams using either inhouse or external programmers.

Thus, setting the pace and ensuring progress in the projects, you will:

• Conduct site surveys, analysing the factory and their needs
• Clarify MES-system specifications making sure that programmers have the information they need to create successful implementation
• Cooperate with colleagues from our development department, which is responsible for the pilot project
• Manage and motivate your project teams cross-functionally and across borders
• Manage different stakeholders, such as factories

• Have a degree in electrical engineering, process engineering, automation engineering, IT, OT or similar
• Bring 5+ years of experience as an automation lead Engineer
• Have solid experience with project management, having demonstrated your ability to run OT & IT projects successfully in a global organisation
• Have great communication skills
• Can handle long and short-term travelling – you should expect 50-70 travel days per year
• Are fluent in English
